We need to start with a simple conversation about your website. You don't need anything terribly large or complex...but we do want to be sure that it looks professional & credible and does what you'd want it to as the primary representative of your company. Experience, expertise, capabilities and examples of your work are the key areas.

If we find it needs some work...we can consult with your web developer on changes, guide you through a new website build, edit what you have and if needed even build a new custom-designed website for you. Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the work but I promise we'll be affordable as we're not trying to get rich here, but rather just to get your site ready. Either way, we want to be sure "the house is ready for guests" before we start driving new prospects to it.

Most digital marketing firms have minimum budgets of at least $1000/month and require contracts of at least 3-6 months. Most commercial roofing contractors don't want to commit that much money over that long of a time...but a reasonable budget over a month or two when you need some lead activity is certainly manageable. We offer this level of flexibility to spend how much you want, when you want and how you want. We won't increase our fees for the same program because you simply increased your spend like other firms do...our monthly rate is a flat one-time setup and then a fixed monthly fee for each month you choose to run ads using our proven flat & low slope commercial roofer campaigns. When you're done we'll simply pause the campaign until you're ready to fire it back up...it's that easy.

If you also want to advertise for additional services (spray insulation, etc) we can expand the program to cover them as well with only a slight increase in the setup and management fees.

Full disclosure...many agencies say they'll actively manage your program but often don't or don't do that great of a job. Every Ads program needs to be monitored (Google will spend your money regardless). You can expect us to go into your program once a week to check the numbers & budget along with adding in additional keywords, ads and negatives (crucial!). Once per month we will provide you a summary report with the basic information you need...clicks, cost, form conversions, phone conversions.

3. We have 2 short online forms you can use to submit your business and payment information. We'd also like to have a quick chat to verify the details to ensure this is set up how you want.
4. We need to be sure your website has Google Analytics installed and form goal conversions are set up (we can help)
5. The program will auto-renew on the first of each month, you can cancel or change ad spend budgets any time.

Yes! We set up a real-time online dashboard you can access whenever you want to see campaign activity, spend, cities that are finding you and what phrases they used to search.

We also typically plan on meeting once a month for 30 mins or so to go over data, changes, future planning & other items. Not mandatory, but often helpful. Of course, if you want to connect more frequently that's great, too.
